Andrew brings over 40 years of architectural technician experience in the Yorkshire Dales. His work is grounded in local planning knowledge, building regulation detail and the practical judgement needed to move projects from first brief to site.

James Reaks
James works across design development, 3D modelling and visualisation. His knowledge of Archicad and Twinmotion helps clients read a proposal clearly, test ideas early and understand how space, light and materials will come together.

AFR Design works in partnership with County Kitchens, helping clients connect architectural planning, building regulation drawings and interior fit-out thinking earlier in the process.
